Time flies when you’re having fun!
As the year draws to a close, I am grateful for the many European Works Councils, Select Committees and employee representatives I’ve had the pleasure of working with across Europe.
From strategy sessions to training days and challenging consultations, it has been inspiring to see how EWCs continue to develop their role, strengthen their voice and navigate the often-complex European challenges.
And yes, this means lots of trains, planes and automobiles, but it’s worth it … 😉
Supporting EWCs in their role and helping them to move to the next level, remains close to my heart.
I look forward to continuing these conversations in the year ahead and I wish everyone a restful end of the year and tons of renewed energy for what lies ahead.
