‘How did we do?

The value (and joy) of a verified review
These days there is a lot of discussion about the value of online reviews.
A good review is a wonderful thing. Both for the companies that receive such a review as well as for the prospective customers that are looking for a reliable partner. Logically it follows that a bad or negative review can have the opposite effect for a company (although the value for a prospective buyer remains the same).

Verifiable?
All this is true under one condition: that these reviews are true and can be verified. And that’s where things frequently run bad. More and more online reviews are not what they seem. They are untrue, fake, biased, created by competitors or owners and/or created by AI-systems and resold in bulk… Companies like Amazon, Booking, Trustpilot and The Fork, that rely heavily on such reviews, are trying to clamp down on such false reviews. But that’s not easy.

However, in specialized B-to-B areas such as Pemota’s, consultancy and support of European Works Councils, nothing is more valuable than a true review that is communicated directly to the provider of the service, straight after (or even during)  delivery of the service. True word-of-mouth.

At Pemota we love our customers and cherish such feedback. Usually we keep it to ourselves and use it to even get better at what we do. But every once in a while, we receive such positive and explicit feedback we just have to share it 😉

True feedback
After a two day intensive training for the Select Committee of a large European company (50.000 employees in Europe and more than 100.000 globally) in Milano, in October this year,  we received the following feedback:

  • I really appreciated the smooth and engaging experience provided
  • I found the discussion both informative and enjoyable
  • I liked Petra Molenaar as a trainer very much, as she was flexible around the agenda and provided good guidance
  • Great conversations/discussions
  • Positive vibe
  • Flexible around our agenda in order to focus on our priorities
  • Communication skills – there were some great inputs on how to communicate or position ourselves towards management in regards to specific questions, the way of asking questions

Although we won’t mention the name of the customer here, we can assure you it’s all verifiable and true. If you want to know more, let us know.

Meanwhile, we just take a moment to enjoy the review… 😉
